A reservation is confirmed once we receive the deposit and send you a written confirmation. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Specific periods (Christmas, New Year, July–August) may require a longer minimum stay.

The villa sleeps 10 guests, up to a maximum of 12 by prior arrangement. Larger groups require a custom offer.

· Payment: you can choose to pay in full at booking, or a 25 % deposit at booking + 75 % on the day of arrival. The deposit is non-refundable.<br/>· Security deposit: €500 pre-authorised on a credit card at check-in, released after departure if no damages.

Payment is made via a secure Stripe link or bank transfer. Prices are quoted in euros (€). Tourist tax is charged separately according to local regulations.

Full refund (less the deposit) up to 14 days before arrival. No refund within 14 days of arrival.

If the villa cancels for reasons other than force majeure, we refund the full amount including the deposit.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability. On arrival you will present a valid ID or passport, in line with BiH guest registration rules.

The following rules apply during your stay:

· Quiet hours: 00:00–07:00 — please respect the neighbours;<br/>· Smoking: permitted only in the konoba and on the outdoor terraces;<br/>· Events and parties: small gatherings allowed with prior notice; larger ones (10+ outside guests) require a separate arrangement;<br/>· Pool: children only under adult supervision;<br/>· Konoba: opens after sunset.

The guest is responsible for damages caused by their behaviour or by people they bring to the villa. Minor incidents are covered by the security deposit. Larger damages are invoiced separately.

We kindly ask guests to report any incident or malfunction immediately — everything is handled reasonably and in good faith.

Pets are welcome with prior notice. Owners are responsible for their pet's behaviour and clean-up. Pets may not be left unattended in the villa or enter the bedrooms.

Villa Amarande will make reasonable efforts to provide the service described on the website. We are not liable for:

· Guests failing to arrive due to flight delays, their own transport, or border controls;<br/>· Damage to guest belongings not caused by the villa's gross negligence;<br/>· Temporary interruptions of electricity, water, or internet caused by external factors.

We recommend that guests hold travel insurance covering cancellation and personal belongings.

In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemics, government travel restrictions) that prevents the stay, we will offer rebooking within 12 months or a refund less unavoidable costs already incurred (e.g., payment processor fees).

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy — by sending an inquiry or making a reservation you confirm that you have read it.

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Your reservation is governed by the terms in force at the moment of confirmation.

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Široki Brijeg, BiH. EU consumers retain rights granted by their national law.
